If you want to delete your Doobara account or request removal of personal data, follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

Send your deletion request through our contact page or by email to [email protected] using the subject line Account Deletion Request.

What Information to Provide

• Your full name.
• The email address used for your Doobara account.
• Your phone number or recent order number for verification.
• A short confirmation that you want your account deleted.

What Happens After the Request

After we verify your identity, we will review your request and begin deletion of eligible account data from active systems.

Data That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or completed order history requirements.

Estimated Response Time

We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete eligible deletion actions within 14 business days.
